Building Successful Products - Entrepreneurs and PMs

There are at least two ways of thinking of product development. You can do it "top-down" by developing the knowledge and confidence to come to a product concept through synthesis of experience, knowledge and observation or you can do it "bottoms-up" by iterating and asking customers what they want. This video introduces the simple concept of switching between that polarity for successful and efficient product development. Without holding that polarity, implementations of Lean (in the startup concept) and Agile (in product development) will end up in the bad middle and fail.
