In the AI Skill Pivot series, we build the concept of the “Strategic Rebel", a courageous, optimistic, collaborative, and productive mindset to be adopted by early career professionals compared to the alternative of disengagement of quiet-quitting. We looked at the value stack, thinking frameworks, Authenticity and Inspiration, the Hero's Journey, Entrepreneurship in the AI Era, and the ongoing clash of generational cultures. We suggest the Strategic Rebel embraces technology and change, leapfrog older leaders, master the system and change it from the inside-out.
In this last episode, we focus on how to cultivate the attributes that make us different from AI and will allow us to continue being essential in a future where technology takes even a large role in how we solve problems at work.
